We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Richmond, Virginia! This is a key role in our **Logistics** network, responsible for various warehouse functions that ensure efficient operations. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong emphasis is placed on **Safety**, and all employees are expected to follow established protocols and utilize **PPE**. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing **Logistics**.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-compliant warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Follow all company **Safety** policies and procedures.
- Wear required **PPE** at all times.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving materials, including **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting**.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse **Logistics** and inventory management.
- Commitment to **Safety** and proper **PPE** usage.
- Team player with good communication skills.
