Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect products for quality and condition before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure **Safety** during transit.
- Stage orders for shipment, ensuring correct routing.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to **Safety** standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained and required.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and **PPE** guidelines.
- Perform **Lifting** up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the **Logistics** department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform **Lifting** for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of **Logistics** operations.
- Commitment to **Safety** protocols and **PPE** usage.
- Team player with good communication skills.
