Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order details.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas.
- Adhere strictly to all **Safety** protocols and wear required **PPE**.
- Ability to handle **Lifting** of items up to 45 lbs regularly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order status and potential issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse **Logistics** is beneficial.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace **Safety**.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
