Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves according to pick lists.
- Utilize RF scanners to confirm product selection and update inventory.
- Package picked items securely for shipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs on a frequent basis.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all protocols.
