About
We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Picker at our San Francisco, California facility. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick products from our warehouse inventory for customer orders. This position demands precision, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards within our logistics operations. We seek organized and motivated individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Utilize RF scanners or pick tickets to guide picking process.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing station or staging area.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or product damage to a supervisor immediately.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counting as required.
- Contribute to overall team efficiency and productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or similar role is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable attendance record.
Safety & PPE:
Safety is a paramount concern in our San Francisco warehouse. You will be issued all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety vests and foot protection. Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and safe operation of equipment, is required. Your commitment to a safe logistics environment is essential.
