Job Summary:
We're looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Columbus, Ohio! You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Sort and stock products into designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counting and stocktaking.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all daily operational goals are met.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall Logistics operations.

Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable. Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices. Must be willing to wear and use all required PPE. This role is crucial for our Logistics chain and requires a reliable individual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
