We are seeking a meticulous Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and efficient processing of all incoming shipments. This includes verifying delivery contents against purchase orders, inspecting goods for damage, documenting receipts, and preparing items for put-away. Your attention to detail and organizational skills are critical to maintaining the integrity of our inventory and supporting seamless warehouse operations. This position involves some physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages, so a good level of physical fitness and adherence to safe lifting practices are important. We are deeply committed to workplace safety, and all employees are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all established safety procedures. You will be trained on the proper handling of goods and equipment to ensure a secure working environment. As a Receiving Clerk, you are the first point of contact for incoming goods, playing a key part in our overall supply chain management.
