Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment
• Support equipment changeovers, setups, and line start-ups
• Respond to unplanned downtime and perform corrective maintenance
• Execute preventative maintenance (PM) programs
• Work closely with Production, Sanitation, and QA teams to maximize equipment uptime
• Follow all GMP, food safety, and health & safety requirements
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting
• Support facility maintenance as required

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Millwright Apprentice, Certified Industrial Millwright (433A), or Red Seal Millwright
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (food manufacturing / GMP is an asset)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with conveyors, packaging equipment (Multivac, cartoners, conveyors, etc.), and automated systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong safety mindset with high attention to detail
• Welding or fabrication experience an asset

Hourly Rate

• Apprentice Millwright: $28–$34/hr
• Certified Industrial Millwright (433A): $36–$40/hr
• Red Seal Millwright: $40–$44/hr
• 2nd Shift (Afternoon)premium: $1/hour
