About
Our vibrant logistics center in Orlando, Florida is looking for proactive Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team. This role is essential for managing the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, ensuring client satisfaction. You will be involved in all stages of fulfillment, from picking and packing to sorting and preparing shipments. We are committed to fostering a safe and efficient work environment, and expect all associates to uphold our high safety standards. Regular lifting and the consistent use of provided PPE are mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory using order sheets and RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy against pick lists before packing and shipment.
- Label packages correctly for shipment and stage them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fulfillment workspace.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking as required.
- Follow all company safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any operational issues, safety hazards, or order discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment and shipping targets.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Dedication to workplace safety and proper usage of PPE.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
