About
We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced warehouse in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be essential to our logistics chain, responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your day-to-day activities will involve using pick lists or scanners to locate products, carefully packaging items to prevent damage during transit, and ensuring correct labeling for outgoing packages. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all team members are expected to adhere to strict safety standards and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands reliability, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail. You will be required to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and significant lifting throughout your shift. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or scanners.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Apply appropriate shipping labels and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
- Meet established productivity goals.
