Join our growing logistics team in Portland, Oregon as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking dedicated individuals to perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring that products are managed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Be prepared for frequent Lifting and moving of items, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control.
- A commitment to workplace safety is essential.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
