Job DescriptionAs a Manager, Organizational Development, you will work collaboratively with Talent and business stakeholders to enhance organizational capabilities and lead talent management strategies. You will focus on designing, developing, and implementing Talent programs and processes aligned to our broader organizational strategic objectives, driving continuous improvement in employee development, performance, engagement and learning.Team DescriptionReporting to the Director, Organizational Development, you will join the thoughtful advisors in the Organizational Development function who are elevating and activating global talent management practices to drive CPP Investments' One Fund Strategy outcomes. Your mandate within the team includes managing the development and operations of enterprise leadership assessment and coaching practices, building the approach to a Critical Roles Program, and supporting other portfolio activities as required ( Performance, Succession, Potential).Accountabilities:Own the end-to-end design, delivery, implementation, and continuous improvement of one or more technology-enabled global Talent programs/processes that enhance end-user experience and advance strategic objectives, including, overseeing project management, stakeholder management and engagement, measurement, etc.Lead the development and deployment of internal resources and communicationsManage vendor relationships including onboarding, contracting, engagement operations, and regular feedback loops with senior leadership to share thematic intelligenceApply advanced analytics of psychometrics data to evaluate program/process/organizational data, identify nuanced trends and insights that drive informed decision making and improve performance.Escalate and apply judgement to address issues, challenges, and risks with a balance of innovation and agility while considering impact on key stakeholders.Lead efforts to optimize processes organizational development processes, programs, initiatives, and procedures; implementing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, cultivating collaborative partnerships to ensure alignment, foster feedback, and garner support for organizational development endeavors.Stay informed about emerging trends, research findings, and best practices in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and/or Equity, Inclusion & Diversity, proactively recommending innovative ideas and thought leadership to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge.QualificationsUndergraduate degree or college diploma in related field ( Masters in I/O Psychology)6+ years of relevant experience with valued placed on designing, delivering, and measuring assessment and coaching programsIn-depth understanding of, and practical experience with, multiple assessment methodologies and coaching engagementsExtensive experience in reporting and process/program management for large-scale and complex programs, preferably in Talent, learning, ED&I, data/analysis or in the financial or professional services industry.Deep knowledge and understanding of the current market, vendor landscape, emerging and leading global trends, research, and practices.Advanced practical experience using Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and other relevant systems/applications ( Tableau, LMS systems).
