Overview
Client is seeking a dedicated QA Analyst to help formalize and strengthen their QA processes. This role will focus on building structured testing practices, supporting ongoing development efforts, and identifying opportunities for automation within a largely undocumented system.
This is a hands-on QA role with someone with experience in creating orders, improving quality, and working closely with development teams.
Key Responsibilities Own and execute manual and automated testing across multiple applications and modules Build and enhance QA processes, including regression testing frameworks and test documentation Perform regression, functional, and integration testing to support ongoing development Focus on unwritten/legacy systems, helping identify gaps, risks, and test coverage needs Test specialized modules, particularly around rating engines and new functionality Partner with developers to ensure proper testing is embedded into the SDLC Identify areas where automation can be introduced or expanded Provide general QA analyst support across projects and initiatives Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a QA Analyst (manual + some automation) Strong background in regression testing and test case creation Experience working with legacy or lightly documented systems Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack Experience with Python (testing, scripting, or automation) Ability to work independently and take ownership of QA efforts
