Key Responsibilities Lead the development of technology proposals that align with client needs and showcase Cadmus's capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and articulate innovative technical solutions in proposal submissions. Act as the technical volume lead for proposal teams, crafting persuasive narratives that highlight Cadmus's unique value proposition. Analyze RFPs/RFQs and develop targeted response strategies, ensuring continuous communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the process. Employ insights on industry trends to strategically position Cadmus in the market, driving continuous improvement based on client feedback and performance analysis. Qualifications Proven experience in developing successful technology proposals for government and public sector clients, with a talent for strategizing responses and aligning technical solutions. Strong aptitude for conceptualizing and designing technical solutions with an in-depth understanding of technology landscapes. Exceptional proposal writing and editing skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and engagingly. Previous experience as a technical volume lead or contributor is highly regarded. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, developing cohesive strategies for proposals. Advanced analytical and strategic planning skills, coupled with excellent presentation abilities to effectively communicate value propositions. Expertise in managing client relationships and utilizing market knowledge for strategic proposal submissions. A commitment to continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned to refine the proposal process. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance are required. Additional Information: All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen. The minimum starting salary for this position is $160,000, with the potential for higher compensation based on relevant experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
