Competitive annual base salary ranges from $49,739 to $89,518 per year. As a Border Patrol Agent you will be eligible for up to an additional 25% of your base pay after completing training under the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. You will also have access to federal employment benefits including health insurance plans and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan.

• Newly appointed agents may receive up to a $20,000 recruitment incentive distributed over their first two years on duty.
