Border Patrol Agents play a crucial role in safeguarding the nation's borders.

• Detect and Question Individuals:

Duties of this position include detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws, preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens at or near the borders, interpreting tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry, conducting patrols along international boundaries using various government assets such as vehicles or watercraft to maintain law enforcement presence.

• Educational Requirements:
• A high school diploma is required for BPA Candidates .
