About
We are hiring a Figma UI/UX designer to join our team FULL TIME for at least 6 month contract. This role is to help build out our web application and our public-facing website.
A design already exists for the web app and website, and we're looking for a team member to join us to build on new features, support in mobile app design development, website updates, and more.
Our product is already built and live. It has gone through multiple design iterations. It works. But we want a sharp, opinionated product designer to improve usability, flow, clarity, and consistency.
You will work across a few areas:
- Expanding the UX of our SaaS web application
- Helping refine the UX and structure of our website for positioning and conversion
- Build a new design for a mobile app in 2-3 months (not immediate need)
- Build web components for website growth
- Support design needs for content publishing
WHO THIS IS FOR
- Designers with strong SaaS / product design experience
- STRONGLY PREFERRED: Designer with experience in
- Experience designing dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or complex workflows
- Strong Figma expertise including components, auto layout, and design systems
- Experience working on both product UX and website UX
- Comfortable improving existing systems rather than starting from scratch
- GREAT communication skills (both written and verbal)
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
- Pure graphic designers
- Branding-only designers
- Landing-page-only designers
- Designers without real web app experience
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- 6-month contract
- Remote
HOW TO APPLY
- Send links to 2–3 live web applications you designed. Include at least one SaaS or dashboard-style product.
- Include a 3–5 minute Loom video (or similar platform) walking through one product in your portfolio and introducing yourself.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
