Maskee is a beauty product designed to prevent makeup transfer when changing clothes. We are scaling across Amazon and TikTok Shop and are looking for a reliable ecommerce-focused virtual assistant to support execution and outreach efforts.
This is an execution-focused role. Strategy and direction will be provided.
Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time virtual assistant to assist with ecommerce support, influencer outreach, content coordination, and general digital tasks.
This role is task-based and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication.
Responsibilities
Ecommerce Support
• Assist with Amazon Seller Central product uploads and updates
• Support TikTok Shop product setup and maintenance
• Monitor listings and report issues
Influencer & Partnership Outreach
• Research relevant influencers weekly
• Send outreach emails and DMs using provided templates
• Track responses in spreadsheet
• Follow up as needed
Content Coordination
• Upload approved videos to TikTok and Instagram
• Schedule posts
• Coordinate with video editor when needed
Administrative Support
• Send partnership emails
• Organize inbox items
• Track weekly deliverables
Requirements
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop
• Strong written English
• Organized and responsive
• Comfortable following structured direction
Hours & Structure
Approximately 8 to 10 hours per week
Long-term opportunity if strong fit
30-day initial trial period
