About
I'm building an official India extension of my personal brand (@yusefireown) and looking for a skilled Social Media Manager based in India to help launch and scale a new Instagram account targeting Indian audiences.
This page will repost my existing content but with:
• Hindi hooks
• Hindi captions
• Indian cultural framing
• Optimized posting for the Indian Instagram algorithm
The goal is to grow this account to 50K–100K followers within 60–90 days and funnel engaged followers to the main account.
This is a growth-focused role, not just posting.

Responsibilities
• Post 2–3 Reels per day (content provided)
• Write strong Hindi hooks and captions
• Research Indian trending audios
• Use India-optimized hashtags
• Engage with Indian accounts daily (commenting + interacting)
• Monitor analytics and report weekly performance
• Suggest content ideas tailored to Indian culture
• Maintain consistent posting during peak IST hours

• Based in India
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Strong understanding of Indian Instagram trends
• Experience growing Instagram pages organically
• Knowledge of Reels optimization
• Comfortable working with performance targets
• Available daily
Bonus:
Experience with fitness/motivation/comedy content is a plus.
