About

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Handling callbacks with investors and processing investments and expenses
  • Responding to HC Global clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing billing callbacks and maintaining the billing line
  • Analyzing clients' needs and providing appropriate support while adhering to company security protocols
  • Navigating and retrieving the necessary information requested by clients
  • Providing administrative support to the Treasury Department
    Requirements
    • Professional and reliable work ethic
    • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with demanding clients
    • Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems and procedures
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and problem -solving abilities
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast -paced, deadline -driven environment
    • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
