- Handling callbacks with investors and processing investments and expenses
- Responding to HC Global clients in a timely and professional manner
- Managing billing callbacks and maintaining the billing line
- Analyzing clients' needs and providing appropriate support while adhering to company security protocols
- Navigating and retrieving the necessary information requested by clients
- Providing administrative support to the Treasury Department
Requirements- Professional and reliable work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with demanding clients
- Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem -solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast -paced, deadline -driven environment
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
