Ce que ce poste implique:  JLL recherche actuellement des personnes talentueuses pour se joindre à notre équipe d'Évaluation et Gestion des risques. Cette équipe dynamique et performante élargit ses capacités de services professionnels en coordination avec les plans de croissance de JLL Canada et à l'échelle mondiale. Vous ferez partie d'un réseau mondial de plus de 1 700 professionnels, opérant depuis 44 pays, offrant une expertise dans tout le spectre de l'immobilier commercial. Ce poste relève directement de la direction de Montréal avec l'opportunité d'interagir et de travailler avec des professionnels à travers le pays. Le candidat retenu aura l'expérience et les connaissances pour contribuer à tous les aspects des missions d'évaluation, et la capacité d'interagir avec les clients au besoin.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien:

  • Préparer tous les aspects d'un rapport d'évaluation pour diverses classes d'actifs

  • Effectuer de la recherche et collecter des données à partir de ressources internes et externes pour aider dans le processus d'évaluation

  • Travailler étroitement avec les membres seniors de l'équipe pour créer, modifier et/ou préparer la recherche de marché, les projections de flux de trésorerie et les rapports d'évaluation

  • Développer des relations tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur de JLL pour le développement de l'entreprise et pour faire croître la ligne de service

  • Améliorer continuellement les compétences disponibles et les connaissances du marché via la participation à des conférences, l'apprentissage en ligne, etc.

  • Interagir directement avec les clients selon les besoins des projets

  • Toute autre tâche et responsabilité raisonnable qui pourrait être assignée

Exigences:

  • Éducation postsecondaire en Commerce, Économie, Administration des affaires, Économie urbaine, Planification urbaine ou Géographie urbaine

  • 2+ années d'expérience professionnelle à temps plein dans le secteur de l'immobilier commercial

  • Candidature avec ICE/OEAQ, au minimum ; désignation est un atout

  • Compétence démontrée avec Microsoft Windows, Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) et Adobe Acrobat

  • Connaissance des thèmes clés impactant les marchés de capitaux et l'immobilier d'investissement

  • Excellentes compétences de communication verbale, écrite et interpersonnelle en français et anglais

  • Capacité de maintenir la confidentialité, utiliser le jugement et travailler avec une supervision minimale

Qualifications préférées:

  • Expérience avec les logiciels immobiliers tels qu'ARGUS Enterprise

  • Excellentes compétences de gestion du temps et d'organisation

  • Capacité de s'adapter et de prioriser, respectant les échéances, dans un environnement au rythme rapide

  • Expérience opérant avec un sentiment d'urgence, répondant rapidement aux parties prenantes

  • Souci du détail avec de solides compétences analytiques

  • Capacité de bien travailler de manière indépendante tout en collaborant efficacement avec les autres

  • Mentalité proactive avec capacité de prendre des initiatives

Consultant / Senior Consultant, Valuation and Advisory – JLL

What this job involves:  JLL is currently seeking talented individuals to join our Valuation and Advisory team in Montreal at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level. This dynamic, high-performing team is expanding its professional services capabilities in coordination with JLL Canada's and global growth plans. You'll be part of a global network of over 1,700 professionals operating from 44 countries, providing expertise across the commercial real estate spectrum. This position reports directly to Montreal management with opportunities to interact and work with professionals across the country. The successful candidate will have the experience and knowledge to contribute to all aspects of valuation assignments and the ability to interact with clients as needed.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Prepare all aspects of valuation reports for various asset classes

  • Conduct research and collect data from internal and external resources to assist in the valuation process

  • Work closely with senior team members to create, modify, and/or prepare market research, cash flow projections, and valuation reports

  • Develop relationships both within and outside JLL for business development and to grow the service line

  • Continuously improve available skills and market knowledge through conference participation, online learning, etc.

  • Interact directly with clients as project needs require

  • Complete other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Economics, Urban Planning, or Urban Geography

  • 2+ years of full-time professional experience in commercial real estate sector

  • Candidacy with AACI/OEAQ at minimum; designation is an asset

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat

  • Knowledge of key themes impacting capital markets and investment real estate

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and French

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment, and work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with real estate software such as ARGUS Enterprise

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to adapt and prioritize while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience operating with sense of urgency and responding quickly to stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work well independently while collaborating effectively with others

  • Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative
