Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager position based on-site in Prince George, BC. The Sales Manager will lead and oversee business development activities, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, setting sales targets, and ensuring revenue goals are met. Additional tasks involve monitoring market trends, creating strategies to drive growth, and collaborating with various departments to improve business performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Development.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with sales software and CRM platforms.
Understanding of market analytics and ability to create actionable insights.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
