About Us:
We are Evervive, a home goods brand focused on home care and restoration. We also operate multiple online stores and we plan to scale creative output across more brands over time, so this can become long-term, ongoing work with increasing volume if it's a good fit.
Workload and Pay
* Part-time to start: 10 to 15 hours per week
* Pay: $10 to $18 per hour depending on speed and quality
* Hours can increase over time as we expand work across our stores
Responsibilities
* Edit short-form ads for paid social (mainly 9:16, sometimes 1:1 and 4:5).
* Match competitor and reference ads, pacing, captions, and structure while keeping everything Evervive-branded.
* Create variations from a base edit (new hooks, new first 3 seconds, different CTAs).
* Make simple graphics when needed (end cards, badges, frames, product callouts).
* Use AI tools, and keep improving your AI workflow over time so we can stay current with modern ad production.
Qualifications
* Portfolio showing direct response or social ad edits that are similar in style.
* Comfortable with any solid editing software your choice
* Can communicate clearly and deliver consistently.
* AI experience is a must, willingness to learn and improve is required.
Paid Test
We'll start with one paid test edit so we can see how you work. We'll provide a reference ad style and a Drive folder with assets. You will deliver:
* 1 main edit
* 3 variations (different hook text and opening)
