Status: Backend access blocked – critical systems incomplete
Priority: Immediate
This project requires someone experienced, decisive, and capable of server-level debugging. This is not a trial-and-error job.
1.. EMAIL MIGRATION from exisiting hostgator account to new hostgator account.
2. Cloudflare / Timeout Issue
Confirm Cloudflare is fully installed and configured
Verify DNS settings are correct
reCAPTCHA
Install and configure reCAPTCHA
Confirm it is fully functional on the contact form
Provide proof of successful testing
3) Crisp Live Chat
Install and configure Crisp live chat module
Ensure it is visible and interactive on the frontend
Confirm customers can actively use it
4) Klaviyo Integration
Install and configure Klaviyo module
Confirm the following flows are operational:
Abandoned cart automation
Customer transactional email flows
Verify proper syncing between store and Klaviyo
5) Dashboard Metrics
Restore analytics/dashboard metrics
Ensure conversion tracking and performance metrics are visible
Confirm tracking is accurate
Requirements
Strong experience with PrestaShop 1.7+
Experience with hosting, DNS, PHP configuration
Experience with Cloudflare, Klaviyo, Crisp
Ability to read server logs and debug properly
Must provide clear written documentation of fixes
Must be available to start immediately
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
