Job Purpose:
Maintaining inventory control processes that ensure accurate tracking, efficient utilization, and accountability across assigned accounts. This role monitors system transactions, validates data integrity, investigates discrepancies, and implements corrective actions to align physical and system inventory. In partnership with warehouse operations and customer stakeholders, the position manages inventory consumption reporting, supports forecasting and replenishment planning, and ensures compliance with established procedures and service level expectations. Acting as the primary account lead, the role ensures world class customer service and cross functional collaboration with varied stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by proactively contributing to initiatives that drive strategic goals and organizational success
- Live our company core values and support a well-organized, respectful, and service-focused work environment
- Receiving products and processing orders into the inventory program, reporting quickly issues, discrepancies, and damages
- Verifying inventory quantities for customers
- Daily reporting to customers
- On-going verbal and written communication with clients
- Working directly with the warehouse team for receipts and order picking to ensure inventory accuracy, and SLAs are met
- Ensuring consistent and clear communications with assigned clients
Providing warehouse with complete accurate documentation, and details for activities in a timely fashion.
Work in a collaborative cross-functional fashion with warehouse staff for clients needs.

Professional & Educational Background:
- 3+ years Inventory experience, preferably in a 3PL warehouse setting
- Working knowledge of inventory programs and MS Office
- Experience working with RF Scanners
- Knowledge of ISO standards would be considered an asset

- Analytical: Solid understanding of mathematic basics with the ability to problem-solve
- Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and ensuring accurate work
- Communication: Has good listening skills and communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats
- Organization: Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Customer Service: Focused on providing an exceptional experience for our customers
- Computer: Strong computer and Microsoft tools skillsets
