Role Description

We are hiring for a full-time Account Manager to join our team on-site in Mississauga, ON. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to oversee project progress, troubleshooting potential issues, and maintaining a strong focus on client success. Responsibilities also include business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, building client trust, and contributing to overall company growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in project management, coordination, and problem-solving to oversee and ensure successful project delivery.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in business development, identifying opportunities, and contributing to client and company growth.
• Proficiency with project management software, CRM tools, and operational workflows.
• Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON, and collaborate with team members and clients in person.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in a similar role or the fabrication, manufacturing, or construction industry is a strong asset.
