Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, and experience in fast-paced restaurant environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with guests, craft quality drinks, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Prior experience with POS systems and food safety standards is highly valued, along with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
  • Engage with guests to create a positive dining experience through friendly service and attentiveness
  • Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy periods
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and reconciliation at the end of shifts
  • Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils as needed
  • Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling and beverage service
  • Assist in serving food when required, supporting overall restaurant operations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred, especially in Server / bartending roles
  • Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
  • Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Hospitality-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and teamwork attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
