Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a busy environment and possess strong administrative skills? If so, we want you to be part of our team!

We are excited to invite a dedicated Receptionist to join us on a part-time basis, working afternoons at our reception located at 39 Waterside . In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing top-notch service to visitors and staff alike.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact at the 39 Waterside Reception, and occasionally at the RST Stage Door as scheduled by the Facilities Manager.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, actively promoting the Royal Shakespeare Company brand.
  • Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Play a vital role in our evacuation strategy, liaising daily with the Person in Charge and Fire Wardens during building evacuations.
  • Support the Building Access Policy by managing staff passes and the door access system alongside the Stage Door team.

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong administrative capabilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to convey information effectively over radio during emergencies
Working Conditions:

This is a part-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with working hours of 25 hours per week , Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 6 PM .
