This is a *fee-for-service model*. The practice is not in network with insurance companies, allowing doctors to provide high-quality care without insurance-driven limitations or insurance write-offs.
Income & Lifestyle
Associates consistently earn *$400,000+ annually*, seeing approximately *40–50 patients per day*, working *four days per week*. Our model supports both strong earning potential and sustainable work-life balance.

Requirements
* DDS or DMD from an accredited university
* Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
* Active Dental Board License
* DEA License
* Louisiana State Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Registration
* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills with patients and families
