About
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Border Patrol Agents. In this role, you will play a critical part in safeguarding America's borders and enforcing laws related to immigration and customs.
As a Border Patrol Agent, you will be responsible for detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws, inspecting documents and possessions, preventing the entry of undocumented noncitizens, apprehending smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders, interpreting tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband. You will also perform farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, transportation checks among others.
The ideal candidate should possess one year general work experience demonstrating ability to take charge make sound decisions maintain composure in stressful situations learn regulations methods techniques classroom training on-the-job instruction gather concise information through questioning observation examination documents records OR bachelor degree full four-year course study field leading bachelor degree from accredited college university Combination Experience Education calculated resume official unofficial transcripts submitted application.
