Key Responsibilities:
- Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws.
- Prevent and apprehend undocumented noncitizens and smugglers at or near the borders.
You will be part of a highly trained team dedicated to protecting America's borders. As a Border Patrol Agent, you will contribute to enforcing federal laws and regulations, maintaining national security, and safeguarding the American people.

- Efficiently dealing with diverse populations in connection with law enforcement matters.
Benefits:
The Border Patrol offers competitive pay rates for newly appointed BPAs (GL-5/GL-7), ranging from $49,739 to $89,518 per year. Your annual salary may vary based on duty location impacts. Additionally,
potential incentives are available including up to $20,000 upon successful completion of the academy training,
a further $10,000 would awarded after accepting a prioritized work assignment along certain locations like Sierra Blanca,Texas; Presidio,Texas etc
