Assist clients in software setup, training, use and troubleshooting (full training will be provided) in a flexible, family-friendly work environment.
This role is suited to someone with at least 5 years of work experience, including those who may have taken a career break to raise a family.
*Opportunity*
Treasury Software is looking for a mid-career professional who enjoys working with software and helping clients.
This is an excellent cross-over opportunity for a teacher, an accountant, computer specialist or other professional who would like to be part of a software development company.
*Duties*
* Sales support - Provide online demonstrations of software to potential clients. Software includes: Electronic payment (ACH) software, as well as our anti-fraud (Positive Pay) software and Bank Reconciliation product line (Bank Rec).
* Client support - Assist clients in software setup, training, licensing, use and troubleshooting (full training will be provided).
* Development support - Assist in documenting new features and testing new software features for usability.
*Requirements*
* Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
* Bachelor’s degree
* Basic working knowledge of accounting packages (QuickBooks and/or QuickBooks Online a big plus)
* Strong general computer skills and organizational skills
* State of Virginia residency
