- We are hiring a YouTube thumbnail designer to support a growing educational and storytelling channel focused on high-agency personal development and parenting content.
- We are looking for thumbnails optimized for click-through rate, not just aesthetic design. The ideal candidate understands curiosity hooks, contrast, and emotion-driven visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails
- Produce 1–3 thumbnail variations per video
- Follow brand style guidelines
- Deliver layered PSD / source files
Requirements
- Strong YouTube thumbnail portfolio
- Experience designing thumbnails for creators or podcasts
- Ability to turn around thumbnails within 24–48 hours
