Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Hot Tub Service Technician / Helper to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of delivering top-quality service by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting customers' hot tubs. Your technical skills and attention to detail will directly support our reputation for excellence. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to building a long-term career with our company and contributing to our continued success.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on hot tubs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company standards
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including electrical, plumbing, electronic, and mechanical problems
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and assist customers in selecting appropriate products and accessories
  • Accurately document service activities, including service reports, parts used, and time spent on each job
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment, including service vehicles and tools

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or related fields is an asset
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, plumbing, and mechanical repair is considered an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair technical issues efficiently
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet service deadlines
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work safely and cooperatively with fellow team members
