Position Overview
The Solutions Architect operates at the tactical/project level while ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture strategy. This role partners closely with the Enterprise Architect and Architecture Review Board to design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across multiple projects and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery • Design scalable, secure solutions aligned to enterprise guardrails. • Define non-functional requirements and system integrations. • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions balancing cost and long-term sustainability. • Maintain deep understanding of enterprise systems and business processes.
Collaboration & Governance • Partner with Enterprise Architect(s) to ensure alignment with strategic roadmap. • Present solutions to the Architecture Review Board. • Drive cross-team alignment through facilitation and influence. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and security standards.
Continuous Improvement • Monitor emerging technologies and assess fit. • Reduce technical debt and improve architectural standards. • Contribute to documentation, standards, and reference models.
Required Experience • Proven experience designing solutions across applications, data, infrastructure, and security domains. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Experience working with architecture governance bodies. • Ability to create clear architecture diagrams. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
