Border Patrol Agent

This role offers an opportunity to work with a highly trained team of professionals who are dedicated to protecting America's borders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prevent and apprehend undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions.


• Inspect documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.


• Interpret physical evidence, such as tracks, marks, and other signs of illegal entry.


• Maintain patrol operations along international boundaries and coastal waterways using various government assets.

The ideal candidate will be able to make sound judgments in stressful situations, learn regulations through classroom training or on-the-job instruction, gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents. The selected individual will have the ability to maintain composure under pressure while performing duties requiring decision-making skills that involve handling firearms responsibly.
