About
As a Border Patrol Agent, you will be part of our team that protects the American people by safeguarding our borders and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. You will work with an elite team of highly trained professionals to detect and question people suspected of violating immigration laws, inspect documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations, prevent and apprehend undocumented noncitizens, and maintain surveillance from covert positions.
Duties include:
- Inspecting travel documents for entry into the United States.
- Pursuing suspects through challenging terrain on foot.
- Maintaining written records in multiple languages (Spanish required).
- Participating in long-term undercover operations.
