1. A competitive annual base salary for newly appointed BPAs varies per grade (GL-5/GL-7) $49,739 - $89,518 per year including locality pay which is higher in some locations than others.
2. An opportunity for up-to-an-additional 25% of base pay upon completion of training through BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014..
3. A chance at promotion based on performance once successfully completing each level after one year (52 weeks).
