- Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers at or near borders using various forms of surveillance technology
- Analyzing information rapidly and making prompt decisions in complex situations
The ideal candidate will possess specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level performing duties such as:
