What you will do
Develop and deliver detailed IT solutions through consulting project activities.
Bring interpersonal and technical skills to engagements.
Proactively identify problems, system architecture definition.
Design and recommend implementation.
Quality assurance (QA) testing.
Academic requirements
College Junior-standing with target graduation date between 2026 to February 2027.
Pursuit of a bachelor's and/or master's degree in a technology-related discipline
Creative mind and collaborative spirit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to software development, implementation lifecycle, DevOps tooling, and programming using C#/Java or TypeScript/JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue), SQL Server, MySQL, Cosmos, MongoDB, or another database platform.
AI exposure
Functional knowledge of a development methodology.

Compensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
Salary: British Columbia / Alberta / Ontario / Nova Scotia - 25$ per hour
