Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Business Development Manager based in Montreal, QC. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. The Business Development Manager will lead efforts to expand into new markets, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with teams to identify trends, assess performance metrics, and address client needs to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Expertise in business development, market research, and creating growth strategies
Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and relationship building
Strong skills in communication, presentation, and client management
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or revenue targets
Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
Proficiency in CRM tools and office software

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
