About the Role:

• Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for handling customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• They will provide excellent customer service through active listening and resolve issues on the first call when possible

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. They should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively. In addition, they should have basic computer skills and be comfortable using desktop software applications.

The ideal candidate will also have at least 6 months of relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as sales or retail.
