Border Protection Specialist

The role of a Border Patrol Agent is to safeguard America's borders through duty assignments at U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

• Protect America's borders by performing duties such as inspection, apprehension, and detention of individuals attempting to enter the country illegally.


• Duty assignment locations may include various ports of entry throughout the United States or in between ports along international land border regions.
