I need an experienced Kajabi specialist to rebuild my website in Kajabi, handle a seamless domain/DNS cutover, ensure my Google Workspace email/Drive remains unaffected, and replicate my Mailchimp newsletter as a Kajabi email template so I can transition quickly.
Current setup:
Website + domain currently on Wix:
Google Workspace email: set up through Wix
Courses/webinars sold through Kajabi already
Newsletter currently sent via Mailchimp
Deliverables (must-have):
Website rebuild in Kajabi
Replicate the current Wix site as closely as practical in Kajabi (layout, pages, navigation, copy, imagery) - but open to your recommendation on improvements.
Mobile responsiveness included.
Implement basic on-page SEO (titles/meta) as part of rebuild.
Seamless domain + DNS cutover (Wix → Kajabi)
Keep domain the same ).
Cutover with minimal downtime.
Verify site live correctly after propagation.
Google Workspace continuity
Ensure Gmail/Drive remain intact with zero loss of data.
Correct DNS records set/maintained: MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC (and any others required).
Validate email sending/receiving after switch over.
Newsletter migration: replicate my Mailchimp newsletter as a Kajabi template
Create a Kajabi email template that mirrors my current Mailchimp newsletter (header, typography, spacing, content blocks, footer, social links, etc.) - and again, open to your recommendation on improvements.
It should be easy for me to duplicate and edit each fortnight/month.
Quality/testing checklist:
Test every key page and form (contact/opt-in/purchase where relevant).
Confirm email deliverability setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks).
Provide a simple handover doc: what you changed + how to send newsletters using the new template.

Confirm you can handle DNS + Google Workspace records safely

Note - I will be reviewing proposals in the w/c 23rd February and will get back to you in the w/c 2nd March, and the website / email migration must be completed before the end of March.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
