Field IT Support Technician Nottingham Permanent (Hybrid) To £27,000 (doe) We are looking for a full time IT Support Technician for a varied role providing support to multiple sites, main site office being Nottingham. Full clean driving licence essential as this role requires travel to remote locations. Immediate start, ideally July/ August 2025. Key skills and experience: Monitor and log all IT support calls using the ticketing system Provide 1st line technical support, including onsite and store visits Excellent customer service, taking ownership of support issues through to resolution Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or suppliers. Install, configure, and deploy hardware (user and operational) per company procedures. Maintain monthly infrastructure maintenance and generate trend reports on support issues. You’ll be required to participate in an out-of-hours support rota to meet business needs
