Scope: We are seeking a multifaceted Digital Asset Designer who can take existing 3D renders and brand guidelines to create high-impact visuals for Shopify, Amazon, social media, and retail packaging. Reporting to the Creative Director and Operations Director, you will be a key driver in our graphics department.
We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable working both with a detailed design brief and, more importantly, without one. We thrive on interdepartmental collaboration and design excellence. Key Qualifications:
- Design Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design or creative direction experience.
- 3D Post-Production: At least 2 years of experience with Blender or AutoCAD, specifically for staging, lighting, and rendering existing models into marketing assets.
- Adobe Suite Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Self-Managed & Organized: You must be highly interpersonal and capable of managing your own schedule and project pipelines (experience with Notion is a plus).
- E-Commerce Strategy: Strong understanding of "Amazon-style" A+ content, high-conversion Shopify layouts, and digital sales funnels.
- Print & Packaging: Deep experience with print mediums (packaging, dielines, posters, and magazine ads).
- Trend Awareness: You stay ahead of design trends and can pivot your style to keep our brands looking fresh and competitive.
- Industry Comfort: You must be comfortable working with and designing for NSFW/Adult Novelty content.
Job Duties:
- 3D Marketing Visuals: Adapt provided 3D files into high-end, dynamic visuals for web and social.
- E-Commerce Ownership: Manage the visual identity for Shopify and Amazon, ensuring high-impact product listings.
- Packaging & Branding: Develop and execute packaging for new and existing brands, ensuring they are print-ready and market-leading.
- Social Content Production: Direct and produce high-energy Reels, TikToks, and LinkedIn content.
- Brand Administration: Codify design work into brand guidelines for new product lines to ensure seamless interdepartmental transitions.
