We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy of reporting, and support compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations and assist with month end closing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
  • Record, review, and reconcile accounts (bank, AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets etc.)
  • Prepare and upload monthly financial statements.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (US GAAP) and company policies
  • Support audits by providing documentation and explanations
  • Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or risks
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting schedules
  • Collaborate with internal teams on financial matters

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • CPA designation (or working toward) preferred
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
