Security Guard

We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to join our team in Cambridge, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors by monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to incidents in a calm and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect suspicious activity
• Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control points
• Control entry and exit of personnel and vehicles
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Enforce property rules and regulations
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence
• Assist emergency services when required
• Perform safety checks and inspections

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Previous security experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$24.66 per hour
