We are looking for an Ad Ops Coordinator to join our Toronto team. As an Ad Operations Coordinator you will be expected to oversee, manage, and organize a portfolio of digital ad campaigns and ensure their success. You will also be expected to work alongside internal teams for various projects and reporting requirements. You must be a highly motivated, yet a humble Ad Ops Coordinator to join our team to help build on top of our rapid growth.
Manage a portfolio of digital ad campaigns, ownership from pre-launch through completion in respect to campaign trafficking, QA'ing and flighting through Cluep's internal dashboard, while maintaining high degree of campaign setup accuracy. - Execute media campaign setups for launch that fall within Cluep's scope of work, while maintaining high degree of campaign setup accuracy. - Create and monitor tracking pixels across advertising partners (i.e., DCM, IAS, DV). - Verification of trafficking and launch of campaigns. - Manage campaign performance, oversee automated optimizations, and make manual optimizations to ensure best possible performance levels within client's stated KPIs and constraints. - Provide management report of key campaign statistics (performance, pacing etc.). - Work with Engineering and Ad Operations teams to create, implement and test new updates and fixes to Cluep's front end dashboard and ad server. - Develop an understanding of the wider programmatic ecosystem, focusing on items relevant to brands and retailers. - Provide campaign level insight and recommendations to both internal (Account manager and Sales) and external (Clients) stakeholders. - Maintain and stay current on industry news and research.
University Degree with analytical/quantitative skills and/or Advertising/Marketing/Media focus preferred - Minimum 1 year experience in media trading; programmatic required. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, Conditional Formatting, etc). - A solid knowledge of technical market standards (JS Tags, Rich Media, oRTB, OMSDK, ad-serving, SSP, DSP, DMP etc.). - Understanding of digital campaign success metrics: conversions, pacing, target CPA's, secondary conversions. - Experience with regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management. - Understanding of online delivery technology, especially marketing technology (eg. cookies, ad servers, etc.). - Experience with ad serving solutions, tag management and operations, including types of tag, their differences and what to use in certain scenarios. - Familiarity with viewability measurement (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify). - Familiarity with 3rd party attribution modelling. - Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail - Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
