Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in call center environments. Bilingual abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office are highly valued to effectively assist a diverse customer base and manage administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings
  • Process transactions such as cash handling and data entry with precision
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Support client services by coordinating appointments, order processing, and account updates
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and achieve departmental goals

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are a strong plus; bilingual candidates fluent in English and another language are preferred
  • Proven experience in customer support or call center environments is highly desirable
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or promote products/services when appropriate
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Data entry accuracy and typing speed to efficiently manage customer information
  • Analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide insights for service improvement
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client engagement strategies
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
